Colorlink: Product Swatches – Privacy Policy

Colorlink: Product Swatches ("the App") is provided by Iravan International ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the App collects and how it is used when a merchant installs it on their Shopify store.

Information we collect

When you install the App, Shopify gives us access to certain store data so the App can work:

• Store information: your store's domain, and the name and email of the staff member who installs or uses the App. We use these to sign you in and to contact you about support.
• Product information: product titles, images, variants and options. We read these to show product thumbnails in the carousel and in the App.
• Theme information: we read your live theme's product template only to check whether the carousel block has been added.

The product groups you create are saved in your own Shopify store (as metaobjects and product metafields), not on our servers.

We do not collect or store any information about your customers.

How we use information

We use the information only to provide and support the App. We do not sell or rent any information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Data retention and deletion

We keep login session data only while the App is installed. When you uninstall the App, we delete your session data, and Shopify's privacy webhooks (shop/redact) remove anything remaining. The product groups stay in your store until you delete them there.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA, UK or another region with data protection rights, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing iravaninternational@gmail.com.
